Put a chart on it.

The guide to FAFO: social prediction markets, funded liquidity and the token ecosystem.

FAFO turns a claim in your group chat or on X into a market. Make the question precise, back your call, let other people pick a side, and keep the receipt when the result arrives.

Small social challenges. Serious v4 infrastructure.

The product in one minute

  1. Someone makes a claim. You turn it into an objective YES/NO question.
  2. Open with 20–1,000 USDG on your chosen side. 20–50 is a suggestion, not the maximum.
  3. Other people buy YES or NO for 1–1,000 USDG per purchase, when an executable quote exists.
  4. Sell before trading closes if the market can quote your exit, or claim after resolution.
  5. Creator fees and a group's retained liquidity allocation follow actual trading. Season 0 contributions have their own points rules.

The original poster can join later. The market does not require their acceptance, and their silence never decides the result.

Private groups are the repeat-use product. Public claims help people discover it. Each question has independent outcomes; a group's actual retained fees can fund future questions without pretending those questions share the same risk.

Three balances to keep separate

BalanceWhat it represents
Prediction positionOutcome claims backed by settlement collateral
Fee incomeA beneficiary's share of fees actually collected
PointsReviewed contribution or qualifying activity records; no guaranteed token value

A token-pool LP share is a fourth, separate investment. Buying a prediction does not secretly give you one.

Your first FAFO challenge

A complete walkthrough of the intended challenge-to-receipt flow.

Start with a claim that can be checked at a clear time. Here is the intended challenge-to-receipt flow.

Bring a claim

Paste a public source link, or invoke the planned Telegram challenge flow in an eligible group. You can also enter the question manually. AI can suggest terms; you approve the final wording.

Make the result testable

Choose YES or NO, an exact observation deadline, an evidence source and a disclosed resolver. Read what causes a VOID. Avoid questions whose answer depends on somebody changing the rules later.

Back your call

Creator stakes range from 20 to 1,000 USDG. The suggested 20–50 amount is a starting point. Review any separate network or funding cost. Creation does not deduct the ordinary trading fee from your opening stake.

Confirm and share

A live market opens only after successful onchain confirmation. Keep the receipt and share its authorized link. A private group's title and evidence should not leak in a public preview.

Trade or follow

Other users choose YES/NO and enter an amount. Every purchase needs a fresh executable quote. Following a market is free and does not require taking a position.

Return for the result

Review the proposed result and challenge deadline. After final YES, NO or VOID, claim the value of your tokens. The receipt separates outcome, payout and fee income.

A worked example

Claim: “Our group will finish the puzzle before Friday.”

Market: “Will the private group upload a complete, readable solution for Puzzle 17 to its agreed evidence folder before 18:00 UTC on 18 September 2026?”

The terms identify Puzzle 17, the correct-answer reference available to reviewers, the evidence folder, the cutoff, who resolves the question and what happens if the reference is unavailable. A chat message saying “done” is not enough unless the terms explicitly make it the evidence.

Private personal challenges require appropriate consent; public project claims do not need the original author's participation.

Before you commit

Read the winning payout, all fees, close time and resolution rules. A 50% chart with no trades is an opening reference, not a guarantee of fair odds or a large exit. Only wager what you choose to risk.

The Preview uses simulated balances stored in the current browser. It has no production account service, real-money trading or durable points ledger. Local points and contribution drafts are not accepted awards. No production token address or allocation has been announced.

The current Solidity suite passes 41 tests: 7 token, 18 PoolManager integration, 4 accounting and 12 preparation tests. The round-trip fuzz test passes 256 cases. Formatting checks pass. These are separate from the 71 economic/lifecycle and 31 points reference checks.

Local vault interest is funded by a test fixture. It demonstrates accounting behavior, not a live lending rate. Compile success does not establish a target-chain deployment or source/bytecode equality with someone else's deployed contract.

Edit the delivered website

Open the FAFO Framer project in your owner account. Select the page and layer you want to edit. Update copy, links, colors and imagery, then inspect desktop, tablet and mobile layouts. Framer saves your project edits; use its preview to review them and Publish to release the site.

Shared code components supply the interactive previews and documentation. Editing a marketing layer does not change market calculations, points or balances. See documentation publishing for documentation changes.

Before live prediction trading

The release needs verified chain and token identities, actual funding routes, a funded reserve manifest, independent contract/economic review, reliable identity and group access, a paid resolution/review operation and complete test-money journeys. Contract payouts must remain supported when the website is unavailable.

Before the token or token pool launches

Publish the actual token contract and its supply, allocations, vesting and controlling roles. Verify the USDG token, eligible vault and v4 contracts on the chosen chain. Rehearse the treasury bootstrap and withdrawals on a fork. Fund every promised distribution and liquidity position.

The current target is Robinhood Chain with USDG. Targeting that ecosystem does not imply brokerage distribution, endorsement, an existing lender route or an announced partnership.

How to read the roadmap

  • Specified: written behavior and acceptance criteria.
  • Implemented: source exists.
  • Verified locally: scoped tests passed; read their assumptions.
  • Released: the actual accessible service or deployment exists.
  • Measured: real usage or funded execution has been observed.

Accounts and funding

What needs an identity, when a wallet is needed, and how funding failures are handled.

Start without a token

FAFO does not require you to buy its token to explore a market, follow a result or submit an eligible Season 0 contribution. A verified app identity is required for persistent contribution records. A wallet is optional until a financial action or token distribution requires one.

One account, linked identities

The intended flow is sign in with Telegram or X, then optionally link the other provider and a wallet. These are credentials attached to one FAFO user, not simultaneous independent logins. Positions, creator activity and points belong to that user. Linking an identity does not create activity, transfer funds or award points. Private-group access still requires a separate, current membership check.

Telegram and X sign-in are disabled until the backend and provider registrations are configured. The Preview account panel can request a browser wallet address after you click Connect. Receiving an address is not proof of ownership or an authenticated FAFO account. The panel does not request a signature or transaction. After an explicit connection, this tab remembers your choice when browser session storage is available. On another FAFO page or a reload, it silently checks the wallet's currently authorized address. The address itself is not stored. Disconnect clears the site's connection state and remembered choice; it does not revoke the wallet's own permissions. Real wallet sign-in will require a separate, verified server challenge.

The current browser activity remains separate from an authenticated account and the future durable points ledger. Local contribution drafts are not accepted production submissions. Once enabled, account linking must verify each provider independently; conflicting identities require an explicit recovery or merge flow, never a match by handle or display name.

Fund a live trade

The intended settlement asset is verified USDG on the approved chain. The ticker alone is insufficient: chain ID, contract address, decimals and provider support must match the release manifest.

  1. Confirm the market is on the supported chain and your account has access.
  2. Connect or recover a supported wallet and prove ownership with an expiring, purpose-specific challenge.
  3. Review the actual source asset, destination, recipient, conversion/bridge cost and network cost.
  4. Complete funding and wait for the required confirmation.
  5. Refresh the market quote before buying. Funding does not lock an old price.

When a real FAFO conversion route exists, paying with FAFO is optional. A user already holding USDG should trade directly. A conversion or bridge fee is separate from the prediction trade fee.

If funding is delayed

Do not send again merely because the UI is uncertain. Check the recorded transaction hash and provider status. Late-arriving funds remain yours; a market may have changed price or closed by the time they arrive. A failed bridge is not a successful bet.

Keep access recoverable

Points attach to your stable app participant identity, not a disposable wallet address. An authorized wallet migration preserves contribution history and shared caps. The planned ordinary migration requires old/new wallet proof, account confirmation and a 48-hour delay; loss of the old wallet follows a separate two-reviewer recovery process and seven-day challenge window.

An already activated token-claim root retains its original recipient. Editing an app wallet does not redirect that claim.
